Here is a paranormal series that I enjoyed very much. I had come across one of Shayla Black’s books called Dangerous Boys and their Toy then I went to her website after I read it (because WOW that was the first menage and the first real erotic type of book I had read and I needed to read everything she wrote! :)) and saw that she had a contemporary romance as well as paranormal romance I hadn’t read outside of the paranormal other than her Dangerous Boys and Their Toy book, so I started the DDB books and loved it immediately it is similar to the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series by J.R. Ward but also SO very different.

The concept of the series from the authors website page:

“In today’s world of technology, science and logic, few people realize that magic lives and breathes-and walks on two legs-among mortals. Or that magickind possesses a weapon that can hurt, heal, comfort, destroy, grant fantasies, bring peace. Or, in the hands of someone terrible and strong enough to call forth its power, the weapon can bring about Doomsday.

Created during the days of the Round Table, it resurfaces in modern-day London and is sought by a wizard of evil brilliance with one goal: dominion over human and magical worlds alike. Only a band of wizards, enemies who must learn to become friends and accept love, can save the world from destruction.”

About Momma's Books

Found my new love for books when a good friend sent me the Sookie books and I was stuck in a paranormal state and only wanted that then I came across Shayla Black and read her Wicked Lovers Series which got me into the contemporary romance with a "twist" and since then I have just been a reading fanatic! And LOVE every minute of my escape from reality. View all posts by Momma's Books
